The Facebook app manager allows you to easily sync your website's Global Data to your Facebook page every time you publish your website. Find the Facebook app manager under Integrations on the Editor's top navigation bar.
Connect to your Facebook account
The first step is to connect to your Facebook account. By clicking on the Connect to Facebook button, a new browser tab will open and you can log into your Facebook account. The Editor will automatically connect to your Facebook account when clicking the Connect to Facebook button if you're already logged in to your Facebook account in another browser window.
If you at any future point wish to stop the sync, click the red Disconnect button.
Once the Editor is connected to your Facebook account, it's time to decide which Global Data items you wish to sync to your Facebook page.
Toggle Synchronise Global Data and pages to activate the sync. If this is untoggled, the Editor remains connected to your Facebook account but it is not actively syncing Global Data. This option is useful if you want to temporarily stop the sync - for example in case you are rebuilding your website - but don't want to disconnect the Editor from your Facebook account entirely.
Toggle all or some of the remaining items on the list if you wish to sync them from Global Data to your Facebook page.
Remember to save your settings once you're done.
Synchronization of pages
With the Facebook app manager, it's also possible to sync three pages from your website to your Facebook page. These pages will show up as custom tabs on the left side of your Facebook page, below your profile picture.
Please note that as per Facebook's policies, your Facebook page must have 2000 or more likes for it to be able to use custom page tabs.
Click the dropdown First page to see a list of all your website pages. Select the page you want to show on your Facebook page from the dropdown list. You can select up to three different pages from your website by selecting them from the dropdowns Second page and Third page, respectively. Once you're done, click Save and your website pages will show on your Facebook page.
Example of page synchronization
You can link to your website pages "Contact" under First page and "Gallery" under Second page. Visitors of your Facebook page will be able to find your contact details under the tab "Contact" and your images under the tab "Gallery" on the left-hand side. Once you make changes on your website such as updating your address or adding images, these changes will automatically be synchronized to your Facebook page.
